TRXTR

TRXTR is a London-based artist whose first solo show, Pretty Lethal, ran at Signal Gallery in March 2012. He moves between chemical, digital and Polaroid photography, large-format printing, collage, painting and drawing.

The Pretty Lethal work recycles commercial imagery so that it's never quite clear whether he is celebrating it or critiquing it — glamorous and unsettling in equal measure, with recurring concerns about exploitation, globalisation and corruption.
