K Guy
K-Guy is a London artist known for hard-edged graphic work and pointed commentary on modern life, from politicians and religion to fast food and the financial system. Alongside screenprints and stencils he makes street installations from found objects.
His best-known interventions include The Boom Economy Shrine behind London's Royal Exchange, made as the 2008 financial crisis hit, and In Loving Memory to the Boom Economy outside the Bank of England. The Pretty Vacant portraits take their title from the Sex Pistols song.
